Job Description

As a Senior Operations Analyst in Zscaler's Customer Success organization, you'll leverage data to improve customer experience and adoption programs. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, conducting workload analysis to optimize team capacity, defining standardized operating procedures (QBRs, adoption reviews), identifying at-risk customers, and implementing retention strategies. You'll work with data analytics tools (SFDC, Excel, BI platforms) to present insights and drive improvements. This role requires strong communication, data analysis, and process optimization skills within a Customer Success or post-sales environment. The ideal candidate possesses experience in building data models, resource allocation, workload forecasting, and project management.
Must have:

We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success Programs & Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Customer Success Programs & Operations, you will be responsible for: 

  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer experience and adoption programs 
  • Conducting workload analysis to balance team capacity, drive productivity, and support long-term growth 
  • Defining and implementing standardized operating cadences, QBRs, adoption reviews, program performance tracking
  • Identifying at-risk customers and implementing early intervention strategies to improve retention and minimize churn 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field 
  • Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and operational process optimization within a Customer Success or post-sales environment 
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, including SFDC, Excel, and BI platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 

  • Experience building and managing data models, resource allocation plans, and workload forecasting 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Familiarity with working in a SaaS-based organization
