We are Anchor Point Studios and we’re looking for a Senior Producer to help us build the future of mind-blowing video game entertainment for a new, innovative 3D action title.
About the Role:
If you have a strong passion for working cross-discipline to create the most efficient, happy, and healthy production as possible, then we'd love for you to work with us in building an incredible game at our new Barcelona studio (remote work options available). Additional things we’d love you to be involved with:
- Assist the leadership team in executing the creative and technical vision for our game.
- Help define production processes and workflows.
- Continuously assess the overall production (processes, scope, risks, efficiency, tools, etc.) and present suggestions for improvements to leads.
- Meet with each member of the team to determine how things can be improved for each person & department.
- Assist us in regularly re-prioritizing tasks to make sure we're working as efficiently as possible.
- Manage Jira, tasks, and task assignment in the simplest and clearest way possible.
- Track feature progress and trajectory, informing the leads of any rising risks, and adjusting the schedule as needed to maintain alignment.
- Identify upcoming position needs so we can prepare to recruit for them in advance.
About You:
- Demonstrable AAA experience working in a production role.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other industry-standard production tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal soft skills.
- Skill with data analysis, assessment, and conclusions.
