Our Design team plays a crucial role across the Entain brands, crafting innovative and detailed user flows, stories, and designs that define how our customers engage with our products across various brands. You bring the skills and passion necessary to create engaging, user-friendly, and accessible digital experiences, enabling customers to fully enjoy and interact with our products.

Where and how you can work...

With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. We are ideally looking for someone based in Brisbane however, this role is open to people across Australia.

Your day-to-day...

• Work closely with stakeholders across various business units to deeply understand design contexts and translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centred solutions. You’ll drive the design process while fostering collaboration within the team.
• Manage your workload with a high degree of autonomy, effectively prioritising tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines and business-critical milestones.
• Capture and communicate intricate details in your design work, including well-annotated deliverables that clearly convey design thinking, customer insights, and feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively proposing multiple innovative ideas that enhance both designs and internal processes, contributing to the evolution of our design practice.
• Produce clear, concise, and actionable design documentation, including handover notes, flow maps, and detailed annotations, to ensure seamless communication with development teams.
• Utilise various data sources to interpret user behaviours, find problems and to test your ideas.
• Deliver high-quality design solutions (e.g., UI, sketches, icons, illustrations) that resonate with stakeholders and drive product success. Participate in and lead design critique sessions to refine and enhance design acceptance.

What you’ll bring...

• Capable of making informed, strategic design decisions independently while also being open to direction and feedback when necessary.
• Show advanced knowledge in UX and UI design, consistently delivering high-quality product designs that meet user needs and business goals.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Native iOS & Android patterns and nuances, ensuring your designs are optimized for both platforms.
• Strong understanding of Apple HIG and Material Design System 3 is desirable.
• Adept at designing within a white-label environment, skilfully adapting your designs to meet the requirements of multiple brands.
• You bring substantial experience in a commercial environment as a Senior Product Designer, with a strong emphasis on visual design and user experience. You have a proven track record of leading design initiatives that have driven measurable results.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, from developers to executive leadership.
