On behalf of our client, GT is looking for a Senior Product Designer interested in B2B enterprise-level products.
Our client is a B2B marketing services company that focuses on enhancing brand growth and customer engagement strategies for national and local advertisers in rural markets. Over time, they have expanded to provide a targeted range of integrated print and digital advertising solutions designed to excel in today’s dynamic media environment. Their expertise in understanding customer behavior, identifying potential buyers, and uncovering purchasing motivations drives effective advertising outcomes.
They work with businesses of all sizes and industries like Pizza Hut, Walmart, Arbys, Revlon, Midas, etc.
We are assisting our client in developing a comprehensive Order Management System—an all-in-one application designed to streamline order management and enhance customer interactions. This system will optimize workflows, enable real-time order tracking, integrate financial management tools, and facilitate seamless internal communication, especially for advertising clients and the art department.
You will join as a part of a senior Product Team and work closely with a Product Manager and 2 Product Owners, interacting with client stakeholders and 2 development teams.
Involvement: full-time, 12-18 months
Lead the end-to-end product design process, concept ideation, and iteration taking ownership of designing a new product from scratch.
Leverage your UX and UI skills, along with your proficiency in UX writing, to create designs that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives.
Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across projects.
5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS/enterprise-level design solutions
Expertise in graphic design with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Comprehensive knowledge of design strategy, principles, and methodologies, including deep familiarity with HIG (Human Interface Guidelines) and Material Design standards.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align design initiatives with business goals and user needs.
Proficiency in managing design systems, creating interactive prototypes, and delivering pixel-perfect, high-fidelity visuals.
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and industry best practices to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Knowledge of brand development and branding strategies
Experience in conducting high-quality product research, leveraging data-driven insights to inform and enhance design decisions.
