About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for the overall planning of OKX's institutional products, including institutional account systems, custody systems, order execution, risk control systems, and APIs.

Engage with institutional BD and maintain strong cooperative and communicative relationships with top institutional clients like HFTs, asset managers, hedge funds, and market makers. You will gather client pain points and requirements to develop tailored product solutions that boost institutional trading volume and AUM.

Continuously monitor industry development trends, explore innovative products such as third-party custody, and drive growth in customer trading volumes and new institutional clients.

Analyze the micro-market structures of spot and derivatives business lines, and enhance platform liquidity, trading volume, and revenue through fee policies and market maker strategies.

Lead the institutional trading product team, continually enhance the team's product innovation and international collaboration capabilities, and strategically plan resources needed to achieve various business goals.
What We Look For In You
-
Background in investment banking with extensive experience in trading system development and derivatives business growth.

Familiarity with various institutional clients and quantitative trading strategies, with a deep understanding of the roles and micro-market structures in the derivatives market.

Well-versed in the development of the traditional financial industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the business models and product interfaces of various upstream and downstream industry roles; familiar with traditional financial or Crypto regulatory frameworks.

Experience in building financial products from the ground up and scaling business operations from 1 to 100.

Extensive experience in building and managing teams, having managed global teams of more than 20 people.

Strong internal motivation, clear logic, curiosity about new things, empathy, and insight.

A strong interest and pursuit in the Crypto and Blockchain industries.

Experience with CeFi exchange products in the Crypto industry.
