About the Team
As part of the Growth Product Group, the Messaging & Notification Product team is dedicated to driving global user and community growth through innovative instant messaging and social connection based products and services. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a creative mindset and hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, ideating, designing, developing, and launching messaging and notification products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, business, and customer service, to consolidate messaging and notification service requirements, identify user growth opportunities, and translate them into scalable product capabilities for various internal and external scenarios.
What You'll Be Doing:

You will help to build consumer-facing messaging and notification products to empower user acquisation, activation, retention and internal community development;

Work with product designers, researchers, engineers, AI, data analytics teams to turn user needs into scalable products and strategies.

Establish success metrics, data tracking, feedback collection, and issue escalation workflows for continuous iteration.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans, implement viral user acquisition strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless product launch.

Conduct regular user interviews, market research and competitor analysis to continuously identify product iteration opportunities.
What We Look For In You:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Product Design, or a related field
-
3-5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design in platform and consumer-facing products, with a focus on user growth and private domain traffic strategies

Proven ability to design and manage products within the messaging & notification application ecosystems (e.g. Telegram, Whatsapp, WeChat, Lark, Seatalk, mini-programs, bots) and social network platforms.

Ability to act independently, take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle and business, ability to write high-quality PRD.

Proven project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with content, design, engineering teams to resolve any project obstacles.
Nice to Have

Extensive experience in the Crypto and Web3 industries, with a deep understanding of Crypto and Web3 mindsets and behaviors, and a strong awareness of industry trends.

Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to abstract complex business processes and apply rigorous logical thinking for product iteration and optimization.

Deep understanding of product commercialization and operation in the retail and internet industries.
