We are expanding across China, the United States, Singapore, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and New Zealand.Founded in 2008, LightSpeed Studios has created over 50 games across multiple platforms and genres for more than 4 billion registered users. It is the co-developer of worldwide hits PUBG MOBILE.
仕事内容
1. 1つまたは複数のパイプラインを担当し、プロジェクト管理の全工程を行っていただきます。
2. プロジェクト計画の策定、推進、改善を行い、プロジェクトが予定通りに完成するように各項目のリソース調整を行っていただきます。
3. プロジェクト内の情報共有ルールを策定し、会議の設定や各種管理ツールの使用など、情報共有ルールを効果的に実行していただきます。
4. プロジェクト開発規制を策定し、チームに周知させ、ゲームプロジェクトの生産パイプラインを管理し、開発効率の向上に努めていただきます。
5. プロジェクトの問題点にすぐに気付き、対策を練り、リスク管理を行っていただきます。また、チームのスマート化や継続的な統合構築を担当していただきます。
1.独立负责一条或多条管线的全流程项目管理工作；
2.项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，协调项目各个投入的资源，确保项目按计划完成；
3.建设项目的信息同步机制，并确保这些机制的有效执行，如组织会议，项目管理工具使用等；
4.制定项目开发流程规范并进行推广，持续关注游戏项目的生产管线，优化研发生产效率；
5.及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险； 负责团队的敏捷改造和持续集成建设。
Requirements:

1. 大卒または大卒以上の学歴をお持ちで、情報系学科を修了し、3年以上のマルチオンラインモバイルゲームのプロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方。
2. 執行力と責任感をお持ちで、積極的にチームを率いて目標に向かって進める方。
3. 良好なチームワークとコミュニケーション能力をお持ちで、ドキュメント作成や各種レポートに対応できる方。
4. 中国語と日本語の両方がビジネスレベルで、国際的なチームをサポートできる方。
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，三年以上多人在线手机游戏项目管理经验；
2.具有良好的执行力和责任心,能主动积极推动项目团队朝目标前进；
3.具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力、文档撰写能力、及各类报告处理能力；
4.日语能够作为工作语言。
