Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis! We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. In this role, you will manage a dynamic creative team in Barcelona as well as several external creative agencies in the US and EU. You’ll oversee the daily tracking of each creative project, ensuring that creative team utilization, budgets, and creative quality goals are met or exceeded. Organization, foresight and attention to detail are a must; the PM should be highly organized, a strong communicator, and process driven. Own the management of your game/s asset development both with internal and external teams, including Design, 3D assets, Localization and Re-sizing projects. Direct the creative team on these efforts, organize their queues and manage asset delivery to the asset management tool. Effectively balance multiple high-priority assignments and allocations for the creative department, across both internal and external teams. Provide regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams on priorities and deadlines. Assist the internal review and approvals process. Demonstrate clear ownership and accountability, delivering creative assets on time, within budget, to a high level of quality Pro-actively sets and leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders to communicate on projects, status, issues or changes maintaining the teams' aligned
Must have:
  • 6+ years of Project and Creative Management
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and creative projects
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Digital assets and asset management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
Good to have:
  • Spanish
  • Video games or Mobile games experience

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For 
  • 6+ years of Project and Creative Management with a strong experience in advertising, creative services or production.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and creative projects
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail 
  • Passionate, committed and humble
  • Experience with Digital assets and asset management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Video games or Mobile games experience is a plus
