Job Description

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Simplify360 (now Nextiva), you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our conversation-centric platform. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design, build, and operate systems that deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for automating infrastructure tasks, implementing monitoring and alerting systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance. Good To Have:

Experience with distributed systems
Experience with microservices architectures
Experience with data analytics and logging tools (Splunk, ELK)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with security best practices

Must Have:

Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
