Job Summary
Job Description
This role at Luxoft involves working with a top Hedge fund's front office on a data service project for quantitative developers in the real estate department, focusing on heavy GIS data. The core technologies are Databricks and PySpark, with C#/.Net for integration, ETL, and services. Responsibilities include collaborating with portfolio managers, deriving requirements, developing and deploying applications, ensuring data quality, and providing L3 support to end-users and business.
Must have:
- Collaborate with Portfolio managers and external teams
- Derive requirements and match with architecture solutions
- Develop, test and deploy applications
- Take care of Data Quality
- L3 support the end users and business
- Fluent English and superb communication skills
- Expertise in computer science, algorithms, data structures, OOD and Design Patterns
- Expertise in C#/.Net backend development
- Expertise with databases, data modelling and scaling
- A collaborative and engaging personality
- Ready to work during EST time-zone
Good to have:
- Experience in real estate
- Experience with GIS data
- Angular experience
