The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend-Leaning Fullstack) to be a technical driver for our customer-facing experiences and internal tools. This is a very hands-on role focused primarily on React for web, with opportunities to contribute across our backend and product stack as needed. You’ll take the lead on building polished, performant, and intuitive web interfaces while collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering leadership to ship high-quality features, fast.

This isn’t your first time shipping production-ready products - you have strong opinions about architecture and design patterns, and you know how to deliver robust, scalable, and delightful user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Own the development and delivery of key frontend features and pages using React (and modern JS/TS frameworks).
• Collaborate with designers to bring elegant, user-friendly interfaces to life and maintain a high UX bar.
• Contribute to our backend and APIs when needed - especially when building end-to-end product features.
• Help shape the direction of our frontend architecture, development patterns, and best practices.
• Drive key projects such as:
• Building and launching core pages of our customer-facing web app as part of a 0→1 product experience
• Redesigning our internal developer portal to support AI-powered RAG workflows and new data integrations
• Improving shared component libraries and internal tools to boost developer productivity

Requirements

• Has deep experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Has contributed to multiple production-grade, consumer-facing web products, ideally from scratch.
• Is comfortable working across the stack (e.g., integrating with APIs, managing backend logic) when needed.
• Cares deeply about design and user experience - has strong product taste and the confidence to advocate for it.
• Brings a senior mindset: sets technical direction, owns decisions, and delivers high-quality code.
• Thrives in startup environments - autonomous, opinionated, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, or serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products, LLM pipelines, avatars, or video workflows.
• Exposure to RAG pipelines, data integrations, or building developer-facing tooling.
