The US base salary range for this full-time position is $161,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test critical software for TrueTime service.
  • Develop new services and APIs for distributed systems primitives.
  • Work with team members to debug/diagnose issues, load test new changes, or assist users in production when Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) needs assistance.
  • Self-direct individual contributions and help set technical direction for a small number of adjacent engineers. Scope problems, recommend solutions that consider both short and long-term needs, and implement the solution or delegate the implementation to colleagues.
  • Bring new features/components into production. Bring production excellence and quality is prized over rushing things.
