Senior Software Engineer (Open Sourced)

CCP is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in open-source software to join our team!

We are excited to announce that our game engine, Carbon, is going open source. In this role, you will work on our world editor, Graphite, and assist the tools team as well as other teams within the core technology group on our open-source journey. If you are passionate about open source and want to contribute to an innovative project, we would love to hear from you.

Your Profile:

• Experience using and developing with game engines
• Experience working on open-source projects and contributing to open source repositories
• At least 5 years of experience working as a software developer
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python
• Experience collaborating with a team of developers, preferably in an open source environment
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Experience documenting software systems for others
