Beyond engine parts and aftermarket services, our procurement team acquires everything needed to run our company from IT services to catering, and we have opportunities in both our Aerospace Category Teams and Indirect Procurement Teams, with roles focusing on both strategic sourcing and strategic in-contract management. As well as providing an opportunity to demonstrate your procurement skills such as negotiation, strategic sourcing and supplier management, Rolls-Royce is also embracing the future of procurement by developing a digitally enabled and literate organisation, alongside a focus on embedding sustainability into the way we operate both internally and across our supply chain.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement.
