We are looking for a passionate Senior Strategic Communications Manager to join our team in Romania, reporting to our zone (regional) communications director.

You will be working as a key player in the communications team to foster collaboration across various departments, ensuring that our processes meet the needs of different stakeholders and audiences, from studio leadership to employees. 

Your main mission

• Coordinating and executing communication requests in a process-oriented approach, ensuring the implementation of strategic communication plans and driving consistent delivery across all initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across various departments, ensuring that our processes meet the needs of different stakeholders and audiences, from studio leadership to employees.
• Refine internal processes, streamlining communication efforts, and identifying opportunities for improvement in how we deliver strategic initiatives.
• Activate and monitor communication plans and strategies that align with Zone and HQ priorities, while incorporating local insights to ensure relevance and effective localization
• Drive impactful change communications, demonstrating the ability to navigate and manage transitions effectively, while ensuring clear messaging and engagement”
• Oversee communication metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and consistency.
• Ensure thorough follow-up on initiatives, maintaining accountability and meeting key deadlines.

• Extended experience in communications or a similar role, with a strong focus on managing complex processes and workflows. 
• Proven experience working with senior leadership and navigating stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Romanian.
