Senior Systems Analyst

You’ll join the Data Services team to perform data analysis and visualization using advanced tools like Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate. This is a long-term contract opportunity. The role is located in CST and is fully remote.

Senior Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and visualization using advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Assist in managing departmental budgets and provide financial reports for decision-making.
• Manage multiple large-scale IT projects from inception to completion, including resource management and quality assurance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for requirements gathering on industry proposals.
• Interface regularly with department committees and executive leadership, providing strategic IT performance reports.
• Act as a liaison for industry partnerships and represent the organization at national events.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT leadership regarding project assignments.
• Contribute to improving established guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies.

Senior Systems Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology or business administration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial concepts, business processes, and organizational development.
• Mastery of IT systems and related technical processes.
