The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across various roles within the company, focusing on building a diverse and high-performing workforce. Key responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, collaborating with hiring managers on staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screening resumes, coordinating interviews and selection processes, conducting reference checks, proposing salary packages, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role also involves generating recruitment reports, representing the company at career fairs to enhance employer branding, and participating in employer branding activities.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
