Job Summary
Job Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Roof Stacks, you will contribute creatively to the team's output, executing visual designs from concept to development. You'll establish and promote design guidelines and best practices, collaborating with product designers and engineers to implement innovative solutions. Proficiency in various prototyping tools (Principle, Invision, etc.) and design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) is essential. You'll design for web, mobile, tablet, smart TV, and other devices. Experience with design systems and Agile methodologies is highly valued. The role involves close collaboration with product designers and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
Must have:
- 5+ years UX/UI experience
- Proficient in Figma
- Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge
- Design system creation/implementation
- Web, mobile, & smart TV design
Good to have:
- Strong understanding of Design System and DesignOps
- Experience with Agile Methodologies

Responsibilities
· Proactively contribute to the creative output of the team
· Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
· Collaborate with product designer and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
· Work with different levels of prototyping tools such as Principle, Invision, Protopie, Framer or Axure RP
· Ability to design for web, mobile, tablet, smart TV and many different devices

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in related field (Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, Product Design, Industrial Design etc.) or relevant agency or extensive UI/UX design experience
· 5+ years of experience in UX/UI
· A design system has been created in advance or a design development has been made according to a previously created design system.
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
· Knowledge of design and prototype
· Strong understanding of Designs System and DesignOps (nice to have)
· Highly proficient with Figma
· Collaborate closely with product designer and developers
Preferred Qualifications
· Working with Agile Methodologies
· Portfolio
