Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers to translate complex business requirements into end-to-end user flows in Figma, Mural, or other tools
- Develop detailed and creative storyboards, mockups, screens, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Work closely with other UX Designers to understand design requirements and rationale
- Prepare and document existing design screens and flows for IT delivery within Figma
- Review and approve engineering deliverables from a Design + Product lens to ensure accurate and high-quality output
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure all development needs and queries are met
- Update design system components and documentation as per product evolutions
- Ensure that all Figma designs are aligned with business requirements, pre and post delivery
- Participate in design team ceremonies and provide UX design assistance and expertise
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years working in UX Design, UI Design, Digital Design, or HCI
- Highly organized
- Strong and accurate eye for visual/design details
- Attention to English grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and clarity of writing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong portfolio of digital product or design work, creative UX problem solving, and IT/Engineering handoff documentation
- UX/UI and Figma software knowledge
- Basic CSS/technical knowledge and an ability to use browser-based developer tools
- Ability to build user flows in collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, or Miro
- Design system knowledge
- Ability to translate communication cross-functionally (for example, talking to engineering about visual design needs, or talking to product managers about technical challenges)
