About The Role

Join the User Experience team of the most widely used Business Intelligence products! Participate in bringing it to the next level with your design and research skills.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • work closely with product managers and engineers to generate requirements and design solutions that will make our users successful
  • build flows, wireframes, and prototypes of your designs
  • create design specifications to inform engineering and QA teams
  • talk to our customers to learn how they use our products and identify their pain points
  • work with designers, product managers, and engineers to inform product direction based on stakeholder goals and research findings
  • lead all research initiatives
  • work with and contribute to our design system
  • seek and provide design feedback

Required Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years of UX design work experience
  • Experience working with decentralized or global teams
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your design concepts and rationale
  • Experience designing enterprise software
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving, process, and design skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Optional Experience/Skills

  • Experience with visual design and/or interaction design
  • Experience with content design
  • Experience with or knowledge of accessibility principles
