ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Seattle WA. Summary: The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with the client and teams often comprised -of designers, developers, BA, product owners, and delivery managers on the client side. You will design and test prototypes to deliver incremental experiments from a prioritized set of hypotheses. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to explore the boundaries of AI, personalization, AR/VR, and cloud computing. The role requires a focused and thorough individual with successful prior experience building robust and innovative digital platforms. The Product Design Lead will be responsible for Agile routines, leading workshops with clients, collaborating with designers, developers, and BAs as well as delivering fast-paced UX thinking in unrefined prototypes (often XD, Figma, or Sketch). You will need to leverage components and libraries (for this client will be in Figma) and feel comfortable handing off designs to developers (also in Figma). Duties:
- Collaboratively design world-class products, services, and experiences
- Distill business requirements, market research and user needs into actionable insights; Derive, articulate and test hypotheses
- Work with your team and the client on a journey of product creation based on insights
- Design and communicate effectively through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using a variety of methods, sometimes including managing a third party
- Inspire and motivate an energetic and collaborative team
- Pitch work to clients and partners and facilitate workshops
- Possibly, work closely with CX team members across time zones to ensure ways of working, quality and best practice are in line with
- 5-7+ years of professional experience within UX discipline in digital agency or marketing consultancy environments; Extra bonus points for: working at a startup or having the opportunity help shape an approach or end product
- Dynamic portfolio of complex, digital experiences for global brands; Multichannel deliverables including mobile, tablet, and web (ex: digital products, connected experiences, or services)
- Aligned to company values of: collaboration, competence, confidence, creativity, consistency, and communication
- Highly organized, with abundant care for the details and respect for the craft
- Passionate about the user and providing meaningful experiences
- Clever and curious, always noodling your next extra-circular project or jaunt

- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
- Bias for action and tolerance to navigate a sometimes-ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Exceptional abilities to explain design rationale, to align and persuade stakeholders, and to drive conversation
- Solid understanding of other disciplines (such as business, technology, delivery, marketing, and content) needed to create a brilliant product

- Proficiency across Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Craft, Zeplin and Keynote
