Job Description
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of Diligent's suite of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and ESG solutions. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users, generate insights that inform product strategy and design, and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research methods. You will also be responsible for analyzing research data, creating reports, and presenting your findings to stakeholders. This is a 12-month contract role.
Good To Have:
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Experience with design thinking
- Experience working in the GRC or SaaS industry
Must Have:
- Proven experience in user research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
