This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, creating repair orders, and managing vehicle repairs. Responsibilities include customer communication (phone, email), assessing vehicle issues, coordinating repairs with technicians, managing vehicle inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience handling customer complaints, and a basic understanding of automotive repair. Proficiency in Japanese is essential, along with a valid Japanese driver's license.
