The Service Network Compliance Manager at Tesla in Turkey will ensure all external Tesla Approved Quick Service locations meet audit and compliance standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits (physical and remote), analyzing repairs to verify procedures and flat rates, reviewing estimates for cost reduction opportunities, identifying operational efficiencies, managing tasks via collaboration software, collaborating cross-functionally on projects, working with EHS and Infrastructure teams on location compliance and legislation adherence, and performing other related duties as assigned. The ideal candidate possesses extensive European service workshop experience, audit management skills, strong communication (Turkish and English), technical program/project management or audit experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and large teams across time zones.
