Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Odense, Denmark. This is an internship offering on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), 4-wheel alignments, drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and operating various tools. The apprentice will perform equipment inspections and calibrations. Strong teamwork, positive attitude, English fluency, and communication skills are essential. Basic computer skills are also required.

Must have:

Strong teamwork and reliability
Positive attitude and passion for EVs
English fluency (oral and written)
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to follow instructions

In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and an ongoing training on the job, provided by a Service Supervisor/ Service Manager.

What You’ll Do

Tyre changes
Wheel swaps
Fluid replacements
Door handles (Tesla specific repair)
4 Wheel alignment (understanding know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
Basic diagnostics
Body adjustments
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections and calibrations

What You’ll Bring

Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
Fluency in English language is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
