Job Description
Tesla seeks a Service Technician in Purmerend to perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and improving vehicles; ensuring high-quality repairs; collaborating with local and regional teams; and participating in ongoing training and development. The ideal candidate possesses professional vehicle service and repair experience (automotive, aviation, marine, etc.), relevant certifications (preferably Dutch), strong English/Dutch communication skills, a full European driver's license, and flexibility for shift work (including weekends). The role requires meticulous vehicle inspection, adherence to high quality standards, and a willingness to travel for mobile repairs and detailing.

- Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision according to skill level

- Experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
- Technically qualified: Preferably, you have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in The Netherlands
- A good communicator: You speak and write English and/or Dutch well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars)
- Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs and detail cars, when needed
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
