Responsibilities:
- Possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including hands-on experience in ITOM with Orchestration and Cloud Lifecycle Management
- Provide High-Level Design and specifications for ServiceNow implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) certifications are highly desirable.
- Develop, design & Implement comprehensive ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, covering the below areas.
- CMDB
- CSDM
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Orchestration
- Cloud Lifecycle Management
- Event Management
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in the ITOM architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize and configure ITOM applications to meet specific business needs.
