Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic, creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you

will manage our brand’s social media presence across various platforms, develop strategies to

increase engagement and ensure brand consistency. You will also analyze social media trends, create

content, optimize it for SEO, and engage with our online community to drive growth and brand

awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

A key goal of this role is to achieve 2X organic growth in followers, engagement, and reach every two weeks through innovative and consistent content strategies.

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage and oversee day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and

publishing across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored to each platform.

Monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries

promptly and professionally.

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization based on data insights and best practices to improve performance.

Analyze social media metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data

driven adjustments.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all

channels.

Planned and managed social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation,

and performance optimization.

Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and drive collaboration.

Manage community growth, ensuring a positive and engaged audience.
