Responsibilities
- Software Development: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
- Architecture and Design: Contribute to the architectural decisions and design discussions for new and existing features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Code Review: Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for the adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance the development process.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on scalable and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Three to five years of software development experience
- Experience with authentication and security technologies.
- Knowledge of telecommunications protocols and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
