Job Description

The Sourcing Junior Specialist supports experienced Sourcing Specialists by working on projects with limited complexity. They gain experience in procurement processes, commercial and contract management, and build relationships with stakeholders. They also support local purchases. Key responsibilities include following sourcing strategies, organizing Request for Proposals (RFPs), identifying providers, and managing relationships with providers. They participate in supplier performance analysis, and maintain contact with clients and suppliers regarding contract and procurement matters. They also support the delivery of procurement services, understand the P2P process, have knowledge about cross-functional work, and contribute to the global strategy. They are also responsible for providing services based on assigned category scopes, executing sourcing strategies to meet stakeholder requirements, and ensuring correlation between contracts, quotes, and purchase requisitions. They are also responsible for cooperating with senior professionals, and process compliance. Contributes to category sourcing strategy including forecasting, identification, delivery and reporting of savings. Contributes to the supplier maintenance process and overall procurement policies and processes.
