As a Senior Manager/Director Sports Hospitality Sales at DSG:

You will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver extraordinary sports experiences to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Sports Hospitality business. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our sports hospitality packages.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for premium tickets and hospitality packages for major global sporting events.
    • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
    • Client Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
    • Sales Generation & Targets - Actively sell premium tickets and hospitality suites for global sporting events to high-net-worth individuals and key stakeholders.
    • Market Analysis - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
    • Contract Negotiation - Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Operations Coordination - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure premium sales align with event logistics and customer experience.
    • Reporting - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for the senior management.

Qualifiers:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the sports or entertainment industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for premium products or services.
    • Strong network of contacts with HNI and UHNI clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
