Summary

The Sports Marketing and Sponsorship Manager at Growe will be responsible for developing and managing brand strategy, executing 360 marketing campaigns across various media, managing PR and ORM, analyzing KPIs, collaborating with creative teams, and conducting competitor and market research. This role requires at least 3 years of iGaming marketing experience, 1 year in the Chilean market, and 1+ years in a leadership position. Responsibilities include building brand strategies, managing marketing budgets, and onboarding traffic partners. Must have:
  • 3+ years iGaming marketing experience
  • 1+ year Chilean market experience
  • 1+ year leadership experience
  • Brand strategy development
  • KPI analysis & optimization
  • Fluent Spanish, Upper-Intermediate English
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics
Good to have:
  • Jira project management experience
  • Experience with SimilarWeb, Pollfish, Hotjar

  • Develop and manage brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements to maximize the brand’s equity;
  • Support 360 marketing campaigns across media, OOH, print, radio, off-line activations, and online platforms to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand;
  • Develop marketing communications calendar and media plans; execute seasonal marketing campaigns to meet brand and performance goals;
  • Manage PR & ORM stream;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize performance;
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets;
  • Cooperate with design, product, CRM, media buy, etc. teams to deliver synchronized, consistent brand support;
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation;
  • Conduct customer and market research and transfer insights into meaningful actions;
  • Hunt and onboard traffic partners to support the performance marketing stream;
  • Plan budget.
We need your professional experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing for iGaming products;
  • At least 1 year working in the Chilean market;
  • 1+ years of experience in the leadership position;
  • Experience in building brand strategies and proven brand growth results;
  • Upper-Intermediate English & fluent Spanish;
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Similar Web, Pollfish, Hotjar;
  • Experience with Jira project management is a plus.
