Position Overview:

Casumo is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sportsbook Product & Operations Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to drive the sportsbook agenda, enhance operational efficiency, and maximise sportsbook value across all markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with country managers and Casumo senior leadership to define and execute the sportsbook strategy across all markets.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and initiatives with company goals.

  • Take ownership of sportsbook operational responsibilities, including configuration management and accountability for incident escalations.

  • Manage the relationship with our third-party sportsbook supplier, Kambi, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives.

  • Ensure Casumo sportsbook operations are in line with the risk appetite of the company.

  • Act as a stakeholder for sportsbook product development, providing valuable insights and requirements across all product domains.

  • Collaborate with marketing and country managers to identify opportunities and drive value through sportsbook marketing, operations and product development in all markets.

  • Drive the growth of sportsbook value across all markets by implementing innovative strategies and leveraging market insights.


 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sports betting or online gambling industry, with a strong understanding of sportsbook operations and product development.

  • Previous experience managing third-party suppliers or vendors, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing successful strategies to drive business growth.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing challenges.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to online gambling is a plus.
