The Team and Role:
Logitech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Process Analyst to enhance our supply chain operations in Cork, Ireland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record with Kinaxis RapidResponse. This role is critical for driving process improvements, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with strategic business goals.

- Engage with stakeholders across the supply chain to gather requirements and develop process enhancements that support business objectives

- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains

- Lead and manage supply chain projects, applying advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver results

- Utilize Kinaxis RapidResponse to improve planning, forecasting, and supply chain agility

- Serve as an expert on supply chain systems, particularly Kinaxis RapidResponse, to ensure effective integration and use within the organization

- Design and deliver training programs and support change management initiatives for new process implementations

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain process analysis with a solid technical foundation

- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices

- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau or similar

- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders

- Creative, open-minded and proactive

- Eager to learn, ask questions and challenge

- Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
