The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber acquisition & driving Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney+ and The Disney Bundle. The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Designer with a passion for web design and marketing, to become a key contributor to our award winning Growth Marketing Design Team. As a Sr. Product Designer, you will craft, update and build solutions for our global marketing landing pages, working closely with our Lead Product Designer, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters and various teams across the Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams. The Sr Product Designer is a creative problem solver, motivated by design and collaboration, pushing the boundaries of entertainment content and technology in an innovative and consumer-driven marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain design toolkits and libraries for our global marketing landing page framework
  • QA files and projects with support from team members to ensure output of effective design solutions
  • Design and update landing pages, modules, and create high-fidelity wireframes and mockups for presentations
  • Brainstorm and ideate to support innovating customer experiences
  • Cross-collaborate and receive direction and feedback from product and growth marketing strategy teams, copywriters, designers, art directors, and the Lead Product Designer to realize business goals and effective design solutions
  • Build customer-centric design solutions for global testing and marketing roadmaps across landing pages and ad products

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of experience working as a web designer for a product or service
  • A portfolio reflecting a strong sense of pixel-perfect user-centric understanding of message hierarchy, typographic and layout, while showing proficiency in Javascript and CSS. If password protected please supply password
  • People-first approach with a passion for working collaboratively and contributing to our team culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design solutions
  • A passion for adapting to new workflows and tools
  • An understanding for acquisition and conversion-based web design methodologies
  • Experience working with data for testing, research, and market analysis to advise design decisions
  • Proficiency in tools for prototyping: Figma, Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google
  • Detailed organization for file naming and asset management


The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $129,900 to $174,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
