The Senior Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of customer programs while achieving operational and financial targets. They oversee all project phases, from initial RFPs and order confirmations to production, delivery, and installation. Responsibilities include developing and managing project timelines, reviewing and approving design drawings, managing customer inventories, monitoring production, and assisting in cost-reduction programs. They also pursue revenue and gross margin growth, act as a customer advocate, and mentor junior staff. They should have a minimum of five years of experience.
