Innerspace is seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join their Frame-by-Frame Academy, focusing on Pharma Manufacturing and Quality Risk Management. The role involves transitioning from academia to industry. Responsibilities include utilizing a data-driven approach, demonstrating strong communication skills, and collaborating within a team. The role offers hands-on learning with real-world datasets in Aseptic Processing and exposure to cutting-edge industry trends. It also provides a structured pathway to build expertise in Quality Risk Management. The company empowers customers and their employees, offering a dynamic, international team environment. The role involves a permanent full-time contract with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.
Must have:
  • MSc in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, or Pharmacy.
  • Data-driven, open-minded, and attentive to detail.

Role Description
Are you a recent masters graduate in a STEM discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering) looking to transition from academia to industry but not sure how to take the first step?
We are excited to announce four open positions for Subject Matter Experts (SME) at Innerspace. Our Frame-by-Frame Academy is designed to train the next generation of industry experts in Pharma Manufacturing and Quality Risk Management, combining the best of pharmaceutical and cutting-edge software innovation.
Requirements
  • MSc graduates in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy or similar
  • Data-driven, open-minded, with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
Conditions and Benefits
  • Miminimum gross salary of 45.000 € per year (overpayment possible) 
  • Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
  • Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
