Roles and Responsibilities:

Trinity is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines. Responsibilities to include;

  • Review surveys for quality, compliance, and best practices
  • Accurately assess the time required to program and test a survey
  • Accurately assess the length of a survey
  • Program surveys in Decipher survey platform
  • Synthesize project teams needs and propose programming solutions
  • Test surveys to ensure programming instructions, logic, and flow are accurate
  • Create programming templates and efficiencies across core Trinity methodologies
  • Propose creative solutions to reduce survey length and fatigue and increase respondent engagement
  • Set-up surveys in different languages for global projects
  • Manage transformation of data sets (rotation of respondent data sets into patient level files)
  • Create and train staff on internal protocol for online testing both internal and third party programmed surveys
  • Create/Collaborate on an internal system of quality assurance to ensure accurate skip-patterns, rotations, and logic are in place
  • Create and follow data checking procedures to ensure data is error free
  • Coordinate with third party suppliers on translations, language overlays, and sampling as needed in relation to programming activities
  • Teach, train, and mentor existing staff and new hires on programming and related technical skills

Bachelor’s Degree

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical and logic skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills including an ability to "think outside of the box"
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
  • Ability to work well across all levels of the organization in multiple global locations
  • Ability to work with a variety of project teams with varying levels of expertise
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience: 5 or more years of experience in Market Research with emphasis on quantitative

research and or survey design.

  • Healthcare, life sciences and Market research strongly preferred.

Other Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS, SQL, SPSS, Sawtooth, survey design familiarity, Forsta Surveys (formerly Decipher) must have programming experience, familiarity with programming platforms such as Qualtrics and Confirmit
