Job Description

This role involves leading a System Validation team for the integration of a client's parking platform with an OEM's system. Responsibilities include coordinating with the car manufacturer, Tier 1 suppliers, and software service providers. The team lead will manage System Validation Engineers, overseeing HIL and in-vehicle testing, ensuring adherence to engineering rigor and the ASPICE process, and producing accurate reports. The project focuses on ADAS and requires a deep understanding of automotive systems and processes.

Must have:

7+ years automotive experience (ADAS ideal)
Team Lead/Senior Engineer/Test Manager experience
Detailed ASPICE knowledge
HIL & in-vehicle ADAS testing experience
Leadership skills
English (C1), Korean (C1)

Good to have:

DOORS experience

Project description

Integration of client's parking platform with OEM's system.

Responsibilities

Coordination with the customer (car-maker), Tier1 and SW service provider

Leading a team of System Validation Engineers

Leading a process of System Validation: HIL, and in vehicle

Ensure conformance with engineering rigor, ASPICE process, proper reporting

Skills

Must have

7+ years of experience in the automotive environment, ideally ADAS

Experience as Team Lead, Senior Engineer, Test Manager, etc.

Detailed knowledge of ASPICE

Experience with HIL testing, in-vehicle testing of ADAS

Leadership

Nice to have

DOORS
