Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in handling recruitment projects and offering solutions for the hiring teams to ensure we get the best talent on board and enable Metacore's accelerating growth. In practice, this means (at least) the following:
- You will work closely with the hiring teams to ensure we find the most suitable talents for Metacore to reach our growth aims
- You will plan, execute and develop the end-to-end recruitment process from kick-off meetings to making offers
- You will have strong ownership and hold of your own recruitment projects as the Talent Acquisition expert
- You will act as the employer brand ambassador in all communications, and be a vital part of the recruitment team also in training the hiring teams
- You will create a great candidate experience through our everyday actions of actively communicating with the candidates and continuously developing all the recruitment steps, whether it’s about application process, interview experience or long-term networking
- You will help define the responsibilities and requirements for the roles you are recruiting for
- You will build talent networks, identify, source and contact the most potential candidates for multiple roles simultaneously using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, and keep track of the pipeline on our recruitment portal
Requirements
Every role is eventually shaped to match our unique passions, backgrounds and strengths. Here are some of the key skills and experience you should already have when joining Metacore as a Talent Acquisition Partner:
- You have previous experience of independently leading end to end recruitments, including sourcing and contacting prospective candidates, doing interviews and making offers
- You know LinkedIn ins and outs from the sourcing and employer branding perspective
- You have strong project management skills including the ability to deal with multiple priorities
- You’re a great communicator and your English, both verbal and written, is excellent
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth and goal-driven environment, and might even find process development fascinating
- You are a true team player with a positive, persistent, flexible and proactive attitude
