Job Description

The Talent Engagement Specialist at Google will play a crucial role in building and managing Google's talent pipeline. Responsibilities include executing go-to-market initiatives and programs targeting diverse talent pools, from leadership to early career levels. This involves developing social media campaigns, leveraging employee advocacy, conducting benchmarking research, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners. The specialist will implement large-scale and niche engagement programs to activate high-potential candidates. Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Google's recruiting needs and the broader hiring landscape.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years program/project management experience
Excellent project management & communication skills
Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Execute go-to-market talent initiatives

Good to have:

APAC recruiting experience
Content development & presentation skills
Experience building social media presence
Strong relationship building skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in APAC recruiting.
Ability to interpret different data sets to decipher patterns and come up with actionable solutions.
Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver results, with extraordinary attention to detail.
Excellent content development, articulation, written and presentation skills.
Uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
High tolerance for ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g., networking sessions for leadership level talent, large-scale preparation session for early career to mid-senior level talent, etc.) to build Google’s short and long-term applicant pipeline and ensure the successful delivery of these programs.
Build social media comms for programs, promote Google employee advocacy program, conduct benchmarking exercises, and research best practices across different organizations to build a solid social media presence for Google.
Implement large-scale and niche small-scale engagement and outreach programs to activate a high-potential passive pipeline to enable the recruiting delivery team for hiring mid-senior to senior level talent.
Maintain strong relationships with internal partners as well as external users and partners including recruiting delivery teams, event programs, third-party vendors, etc. to enable efficient execution of industry programs.
