EliseAI is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their recruiting team. This role involves identifying and engaging passive candidates for various roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques. The candidate will work closely with Recruiters and leadership to bring exceptional talent to EliseAI. Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks to deliver high-quality candidates promptly, adapting sourcing strategies, and understanding hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-growth startup environment and be able to network effectively. This is a fully in-office position in Midtown South.
Must have:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a sourcing role.
  • Excellent networker and ability to engage candidates.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong EQ and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in person from the Midtown Manhattan office.

About The Role

EliseAI is growing rapidly - to support that growth, we are looking to add a Talent Sourcer to our recruiting team. You will work closely with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and EliseAI leadership to bring exceptional talent to EliseAI. The ideal candidate will have passion and experience around innovative sourcing and outreach strategies, technology, and recruiting best practices.

This is a fully in-office position (5 days per week) at our headquarters in Midtown South. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for diverse roles across the organization utilizing advanced boolean searches and other sourcing techniques.
  • Execute sourcing tasks with a focus on prioritization to deliver high-quality candidates promptly, ensuring no compromise on candidate quality.
  • Extend candidate searches beyond LinkedIn by leveraging the capabilities of our ATS, tapping into employee networks, reviewing GitHub contributions, and exploring other innovative avenues like in-person events
  • Quickly adapt sourcing strategies based on evolving hiring needs, market trends, and feedback from the team to continuously strengthen candidate pipelines.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and identify candidates who are the best fit for specific roles while providing insights on market conditions to shape recruitment strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and the technical skills required for roles to ensure that sourcing strategies are consistently aligned with market conditions.
  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Excellent networker and understand how to effectively engage high caliber candidates across multiple business functions
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong EQ and analytical skills  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in person from our Midtown Manhattan office 5 days a week

We'll cover relocation packages from outside of the Greater NYC metro area - we'll make the move exciting, not painful.

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $130,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
