About the Team As part of the Security Engineering team, we are responsible for supporting the company's construction of security capabilities and platform services, combining other teams to create efficient and high-quality service docking capabilities, enhancing interactive experience, and lowering the user's barriers to understanding and using security services. Job Responsibilities - Manage a team of software engineers including task planning and code reviews, oversee the development of solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered. - Drive technical projects and provide leadership in a fast-moving environment. - Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented. – Work closely with partner teams across the company. – Lead and drive the company-wide internal risk management platform. – Lead and drive the company-wide audit logs management platform.

Qualifications

Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors. 2. Experienced in the design and implementation of data management systems at large scale. 3. Experienced in the design and implementation of risk control systems. 4. Experienced in the design and implementation of security solutions, systems, and mechanisms, including, but not limited to, data security, application security, cryptography, systems security, and network security. 5. Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. 6. Strong written/verbal communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self-starter. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $358000 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
