Project description
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with Python+Azure to join a team of 16 people developing 4 products related to CI/CD, databases, and front-end interfaces.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
Translate project requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
Debug and optimize performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Implement software development best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Identify and address technical challenges and risks.
Participate in architectural and design discussions.
Skills
Must have
More than 5 years as Python Backend Developer.
End-to-end infrastructure experience with a cloud provider, especially Azure.
Proactive and capable of technical leadership and adapting to context switching.
Experience with CI/CD.
SQL and noSQL databases.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Native Spanish.
B2 English.
