Job Description

As a Technical Lead  – Data Engineering, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's data applications
• Work with product management and analysts to build and deploy data-driven solutions
• Develop and implement data model and data quality
• Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
• Provide technical leadership to the data engineering team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data engineering trends and technologies
• Perform periodic code reviews to ensure code is rigorously designed, elegantly coded, and effectively tuned for performance

Education

• Engineering Degree - BE/BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT/CS)
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable

Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data lakes
• Expert level fluency in SQL and Azure Data factory
• Azure cloud knowledge
• Experience in designing and developing ETL large scale data pipelines – Using ADF.
• Experience with a variety of data engineering tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Desired Skills 

• Snowflake database
• Python
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
