Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead specializing in React Native to join our client's fabulous team for a full-time position in Delhi or Gurgaon (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. The position is mid-level, offering opportunities for mentorship, project leadership, and significant contributions to the team's success.

Qualifications And Skills

• React Native (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building mobile applications.
• Node.js (Mandatory skill) with proven experience in backend development.
• Firebase (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of cloud functions and real-time database management.
• JavaScript with an in-depth understanding of modern JavaScript and practices.
• Experience as a Mobile Engineering Lead including team management and technical leadership.
• Microservices architecture experience for scalable and efficient application development.
• TypeScript proficiency with a strong ability to write type-safe code for better maintainability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining React Native applications from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and support to drive team growth and technical excellence.
• Implement best practices in code quality, security, and development processes.
• Manage backend services using Node.js and Firebase, including serverless functions and real-time database operations.
• Architect and develop microservices to support scalable and maintainable application infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge for better project outcomes.
