Job Description

As a Technical Production Lead (TPL) at understand.ai, you will be responsible for onboarding and guiding the annotation team across various annotation projects, ensuring efficient and successful completion. You will maintain expertise in diverse annotation scenarios and handle edge cases arising during projects. This role involves providing training to team members, effectively communicating with clients and partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Your primary tasks include drafting labeling guides based on customer specifications, monitoring the quality and throughput of the labeling team, designing training projects, leading the team through the production phase, and documenting edge cases for both customers and internal stakeholders. This position requires strong organization skills, excellent communication abilities, global team management experience, problem-solving expertise, and proficiency in labeling tools with experience in labeling and quality assurance.

Must have:

Well organized with excellent communication skills
Comfortable with orchestrating and collaborating with labeling teams globally
Problem-solving across tools and cultures
Skilled in the use of labeling tools with experience in labeling and quality assurance
Bachelor degree in business, computer science, technology or IT related field
Minimum 3 years experience working in a labeling production environment
Excellent communication skills in English
Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
