Job Details

Job description

Are you ready to combine your passion for project management, technology, and sports? Our team is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator (Golf Technology) to help revolutionize the way data is captured and delivered at professional golf tournaments. In this junior to mid-level role, you will join a lean, dynamic team dedicated to building cutting-edge scoring and broadcast technology for the golf industry. This position offers a unique blend of structured project coordination, hands-on technical work, and on-site event support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you’ll work from our Denmark headquarters and occasionally travel to premier golf events (approximately 6 tournaments per year). You will play a key role in organizing project workflows, testing and validating our products, and troubleshooting challenges to ensure a seamless experience for players, broadcasters, and fans. If you are a problem-solver with a methodical approach and an enthusiasm for golf and technology, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Help structure, organize, and maintain project workflows and backlogs, including documentation (using tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence – prior experience with these is not required).

  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to plan and execute product updates and deployments.

  • Methodically test and validate our golf scoring and broadcast technology products to ensure reliability and accuracy.

  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems as they arise, working creatively within a resource-limited, lean team environment.

  • Travel to professional golf tournaments (~6 times per year) to set up, test, and implement our technology on-site, working closely with the tournament operations team.

  • Collaborate with the team back at HQ to share insights from the field and continuously improve our technology and processes.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, product support, QA, or a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an eye for detail in managing project backlogs, schedules, and documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, methodical approach to completing tasks and tackling challenges.

  • General technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new tools and systems (experience with project management or documentation tools like DevOps or Confluence is a plus, but not required).

  • Passion for golf or sports technology is highly desirable – you’re excited to be on the ground at golf tournaments and understand the nuances of the sport.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable working in a small, cross-functional team where everyone wears multiple hats.

  • Willingness to travel internationally to golf events (~15% of the time) and work on-site during tournaments (sometimes on weekends).

  • Ability to work on-site daily at our HQ in Denmark (this is not a remote position outside of travel obligations).

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including occasional nights and weekends, due to the global nature of our operations and the scheduling of golf tournaments.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to directly impact the experience of professional golf tournaments with innovative technology.

  • Hands-on experience at world-class golf events, seeing your work in action on the course and in broadcast.

  • A collaborative, supportive, and flexible work environment within a lean team – your ideas and contributions will be valued.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and learning, working with a highly technical product and new tools.

  • The chance to merge your love for sports (especially golf) with a career in technology and project coordination.

If you’re excited about working at the intersection of technology and golf, and you thrive in a role that blends technical work with project management, we'd love to hear from you. Join us and help drive the future of golf tournament technology!
