As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be part of a global team providing 24x7 support to help customers seamlessly switch to Google Cloud. You'll troubleshoot technical problems, debug, manage networking, system administration, update documentation, and code/script when needed. You'll advocate for customer needs, working with cross-functional teams to improve products. Responsibilities include managing customer problems, developing product knowledge, acting as a consultant for internal stakeholders, understanding customer issues and advocating for their needs, and working as part of a global 24-hour support team.
