Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
Experience writing for the web and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with REST-based technologies (e.g., HTTP, JSON, XML, YAML).
Experience assisting non-writers with developmental and copy editing.
Familiarity with API management, Cloud, Cloud/Hybrid, Multi-Cloud, or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technologies and practices.
